Are you struggling with dating or relationship issues? Are you experiencing anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, or finding a lack of meaning in life? I’m here to help. My interest in becoming a helping professional began in high school when I was looking for someone to guide me through my issues as a teenager. After seeing the overwhelmingly positive impact counseling had on me, I made it my passion and mission to return the favor to others.

I have worked in the private practice setting for the past 3 and a half years and have helped clients from all walks of life, and specialize in the aforementioned areas. I’ve helped many clients improve their relationship skills to find their ideal partners, improve their communication, or bring back the spark in their relationships that has been lacking. This feeds into my strength of helping men through their struggles. As a male therapist, I’m well aware of society’s expectations for us to not show emotion and do everything ourselves. This makes it difficult to have deep and meaningful relationships. I can help you improve your vulnerability from a place of strength rather than weakness. If you’re struggling with low self-esteem, we’ll work on recognizing and implementing your strengths daily to improve your confidence over time. If you’re finding a lack of fulfillment in your life, we will collaborate to discover what a life of purpose looks like for you.I take a directive approach to help my clients while making sure they are an integral part of the decision-making process for positive change. In other words, I don’t like to beat around the bush – you deserve actionable tools, so we can start working on things immediately.

Trust me, I know how difficult it can be to search for help. However, you have already taken the first step, and I would be honored to help you along your journey toward positive growth. I provide a safe space of non-judgment and unconditional positive regard. If you feel like I might be a good fit, please give the office a call. I’m really looking forward to meeting you!”
